*<span style="color: #1990ce">Cad/cam</span>: Currently Dr. Frisardi Gianni is focusing on CAD / CAM Science and in particular way to the digital intraoral impression He has already developed a methodological process for optimizing the implant axes by assembling the Trios structured light technology and the Renishaw contact technology. Axial optimization is therefore ensured by vector data coming out of the Renishaw before being imported into Zirkozahn. This will allow the fabrication of monolithic zirconium structures for implantprosthetic rehabilitation.
 
*<span style="color: #1990ce">Trigeminal Electrophysiology</span>: The trigeminal neurophysiological methodologies developed by Dr. Gianni Frisardi continue to be implemented with technological evolution and specifically through transcranial magnetic stimulation procedures which avoid the electrical nociceptive disturbance and determine a mandibular closure comparable to the transcranial electrical stimulation of the trigeminal roots. The stimulators tested for this methodological implementation were those of Magstim.

Grâce à la formation acquise (voir ci-dessous) et à une mise à jour continue dans les domaines de la réhabilitation prothétique, implantoprothétique, orthodontique et orthognathique, il est en mesure d’apporter une contribution significative à l’équipe et à la structure. Son profil est complété par d’excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, une forte capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes, ainsi qu’une utilisation professionnelle de systèmes logiciels éditoriaux et dentaires tels que MediaWiki, Zirkozahn et Rhinoceros ; d’instruments électromédicaux tels que les électromyographes pour potentiels évoqués (EBNeuro, Dantec, Nihon Kohden, etc.) et les stimulateurs magnétiques transcrâniens.   • Masticationpedia : Les compétences actuelles sont orientées vers le transfert du savoir-faire en neurosciences de la mastication à la communauté scientifique internationale à travers un projet éditorial intitulé « Masticationpedia » (www.masticationpedia.org), relié à une organisation caritative fondée à Londres en 2021, dont le Dr Gianni Frisardi est le fondateur et le directeur.
  • CAD/CAM : Actuellement, le Dr Gianni Frisardi se concentre sur la science CAD/CAM et en particulier sur l’empreinte numérique intra-orale. Il a développé un processus méthodologique visant à optimiser les axes implantaires en combinant la technologie de lumière structurée Trios et la technologie de contact Renishaw. L’optimisation axiale est assurée par les données vectorielles issues du système Renishaw avant leur importation dans Zirkozahn, permettant la fabrication de structures monolithiques en zircone pour la réhabilitation implantoprothétique.
  • Électrophysiologie trigéminale : Les méthodologies neurophysiologiques trigéminales développées par le Dr Gianni Frisardi continuent d’évoluer avec les avancées technologiques, notamment grâce à des procédures de stimulation magnétique transcrânienne qui évitent la stimulation nociceptive électrique et permettent d’obtenir une fermeture mandibulaire comparable à celle induite par la stimulation électrique transcrânienne des racines trigéminales. Les stimulateurs testés pour cette mise en œuvre méthodologique sont ceux de Magstim.
