It is a clinical and scientific network designed to ensure that advanced diagnostic and neurophysiological methodologies are applied correctly, responsibly, and coherently.

The Network never replaces the professional’s identity.

🎓 3. Meaning of “Habilitation”
Habilitation is not a certificate. It is a process.
